I'll be trying this later in the week.
Can you tell me if Mrs Dash is 'safe'? I've never used that brand for anything. I recently heard a commercial of theirs about being "msg free"... but thought I would ask an expert. ;)

Hi Sunchips, I personally don’t use any premixed seasonings because they usually add a lot of binders and fillers to keep everything free flowing and well blended. The FDA has some laws related to the terms “MSG free” and “No MSG added” but they are pretty loose. If I remember right the term “MSG free” only means that MSG, Hydrolyzed protein and Autolyzed yeast extract can’t be in there but all the other terms can be included. So using a product like “Mrs. Dash” should be a personal decision based on how sensitive you are. Does that help?

Thanks,
Emily
