French Dip Sandwiches
Pot Roast with drippings
Sub sandwiches or pita bread
After preparing pot roast, pull apart pot roast with two forks and place on a roll of choice (pita bread is my favorite). Top with favorite cheese and broil until toasty. Use liquid from crock-pot roast for “au jus” dipping sauce.
This is my favorite way to eat leftover pot roast. It’s easy, fast and we love it!
