Mac and Cheese (High Protein)
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Egg white protein powder or unflavored protein powder
1/2 TBSP Cornstarch or Tapioca Starch
1/2 tsp. Salt
Blend in food processor, then serve over cooked noodles. Can sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs.
