Grilled Chicken Marinade

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 TBSP Maple syrup
2 TBSP Olive oil
1 TBSP Mustard
1 TBSP Minced garlic
1 tsp. Thyme
1/2 Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Combine together, then marinate chicken breasts in mixture for several hours. Grill until you reach an internal temperature of 165 F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
