Ham Fried Rice

4 TBSP canola or peanut oil
1 LB bag stir fry vegetables (chopped finely in food processor)
4 cups cooked cold rice
½ cup deli ham, cubed
1 tsp. soy Sauce
3 eggs

Pour oil in pan over medium heat. When oil is hot stir in chopped vegetables. Once vegetables are cooked add beaten eggs and scramble. Add rice and soy sauce, then diced ham. Serve immediately. Makes great leftovers the next day.

Thank you for this website. I collect recipes like this, too, because my husband (Natalie's brother) has what you have. One thing, how is it that you can have soy sauce? It always shows up on those MSG lists.

I am anxious to try your bbq sauce! And I might have a few recipes for you, too!

Carol, I would love to exchange recipes with you! I use “Kikkoman's naturally brewed soy sauce” sparingly. It’s a small risk because it is fermented soybeans but I haven’t had a reaction from this brand. The ingredients are: water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate (less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative).
