Noodles

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
milk

Mix dry ingredients together, then add eggs and a little milk to form a stiff dough. Roll out on a lightly floured surface until very thin. With a pizza cutter, cut into strips and place on a cookie sheet to dry.

To speed up dry process, preheat oven to 170, then turn off and place cookie sheet in oven for 1-2 hours. Noodles can be frozen.

*****
These are perfect for Chicken noodle soup! Just add them to any soup, the flour dust left on the surface of the dried noodles will act as a thickener for the soup. For a dairy free option, water may be used instead of milk.
